Eldership at Kerusso Grace
At Kerusso Grace Church, elders are called to joyfully lead, humbly serve, and faithfully guard the flock entrusted to us by Christ. In accordance with Scripture and our convictions, we affirm a plurality of elders who share in the oversight of the church, all for the glory of God and the good of His people.
Christ is the Chief Shepherd
As elders, we serve under Jesus Christ, the Chief Shepherd and Head of the Church (1 Peter 5:4). We depend on Him to love and care for His people through us, faithfully pointing others to the One who seeks, saves, and sustains the lost.
“Pay careful attention to yourselves and to all the flock, in which the Holy Spirit has made you overseers,
to care for the church of God, which he obtained with his own blood.” (Acts 20:28)
to care for the church of God, which he obtained with his own blood.” (Acts 20:28)

Luis "Moe" Perez
Care Pastor
Born and raised in the Heights, Pastor Moe has been a pillar of Kerusso Grace since 2010. He has always had a heart for the inner city, where he sees the Gospel as the ultimate answer to brokenness. He and his wife remain rooted in the Near Northside, committed to long-term transformation through presence, prayer, and faithful witness. Their vision is clear: to see Christ redeem and restore the community they call home.

Hector Contreras
Missions and Discipleship Pastor
With a passion for missions and a commitment to Gospel-centered living, Pastor Hector has been serving in full-time ministry since relocating to Houston in 2018. Alongside his wife, Melissa Contreras, Hector ministers to youth and families in the Near Northside, particularly at Northside High School and Irvington Village Apartments; investing in the next generation with intentionality. He and his wife also have a love for running.

Marshall Camp
Executive Pastor | Worship Pastor
Pastor Marshall has led worship and served at Kerusso Grace since 2015. With a background in Social Work, he currently serves as Director of Godspoint Mission Center; mentoring and discipling the youth and their families in Greenspoint, Houston. Marshall and his wife, Andy Camp, enjoy DIYing their home to create a space for people to enjoy community.
Deacons
Deacons are called to faithfully serve the practical needs of the church with a heart that is available and teachable (Acts 6:1-4; 1 Timothy 3:8-13). Deacons support the elders by caring for the body, reflecting Christ’s servant-hearted example in humility and dedication.
